i was almost ready to give a decent review, but the nightmares of my stay haunt me. i heard every whisper from neighbors, while the supposed soundproof balcony door did nothing. after noticing dusty bed covers, i woudl ve been thrilled with a complimentary room upgrade, but alas, not for me. absolute disappointment.
